Dzaner Bojic is a financial industry executive with over 15 years of experience with M&A, Private Equity, Financial Services, and Investment Banking. While a strategic manager at Alliant, he managed several takeover implementations, including two successful multi-billion-dollar M&A deals for United Airlines and Continental Airlines, and Kaiperm. Dzaner has served in executive roles at Fortune 500 firms, and most recently at Nestle and as Vice President at WFSSG. He is a managing partner at a Quant volatility based hedge fund/sma for institutional and individual clients. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major in Information Systems and, Telecommunications and Networking, and minor in E-Commerce, from DePaul University in 2003, holds Securities Licenses Series 3 and 65, and is currently attending Harvard Business School for Masters in Finance.
Justin Shapiro has over a decade of executive level experience of identifying and developing emerging business opportunities around the world. Providing M&A advisory services, working closely with PE/VC firms and Family Offices, in addition to private investors, Justin brings his extensive global network and public relations expertise to Urban America’s portfolio. A world traveled Chicago native, his expertise includes negotiations, investor relations, management, and operational implementation. Justin currently resides in New York and is a business consultant for numerous clients.
Jasmin Halilovic is a senior consultant and political adviser, in Bosnia, currently serving as the head of internal affairs at a government firm. With several years experience in cross border deal making, he offers clients vital regional knowledge and cultural understanding of the Southeast European market. Jasmin has a Master’s degree in Faculty of Administration, has assisted in political campaigns, served at various roles within government firms for over a decade, and most recently as Chief of Staff for a government firm.
Jasmin speaks both native Bosnian and English fluently, and was born in Sarajevo.
